Meet someone who shares your interests.

Kindoru is an early-stage project exploring AI-assisted introductions. Tell your assistant who you'd like to meet, review a suggested connection, and decide whether to take it further.

Designed to keep your contact details private until you explicitly choose to share them.

In development. No public app yet. Scam screening and identity checks are experimental and cannot guarantee someone is trustworthy.

01 · What it's for

Friendship and activities, around things you already enjoy.

We're starting with one thing: introductions to people who share an interest, like hiking, board games, running, language exchange or live music. Not dating, not networking. You describe what you'd like to do, and your assistant looks for someone nearby who wants the same.

02 · Example introduction

What a suggested introduction could look like.

An illustration of the design we're testing, not a live product screen. Names and contact details stay hidden until both people choose to share.

03 · You stay in control

Nothing happens without your yes.

1

You say who you'd like to meet

Describe the interest, area and rough availability. Your assistant suggests people; it doesn't decide for you.

2

You review each suggestion

See why someone was suggested, then accept or decline. Declining is private and ends the introduction.

3

You choose what to share

Screening alone never authorises sharing. Each person must explicitly approve which contact details to share.

Account checks: one passkey per account, plus device signals (being tested). Scam-pattern screening is also experimental. Neither guarantees someone is trustworthy.

04 · Status

In development. No users yet.

Our experimental scam screening currently flags scams too late to protect anyone, so we don't rely on it for safety. Method, results and limitations.

05 · Who runs Kindoru

Accountable, and small.

Kindoru is run by an independent founder in early development; the legal entity will be named before any public launch. Waitlist data is held on Netlify (USA) and used only to contact you about Kindoru; email hello@kindoru.com to delete it.

06 · Questions

Short answers.

What is the "assistant"?

Software that acts on your instructions: you tell it what kind of person and activity you're looking for, and it suggests introductions for you to review. It doesn't accept or share anything on your behalf.

Does my assistant ever give out my number?

Not on its own. Screening alone never authorises sharing. Each person must explicitly approve which contact details to share. If you don't approve, nothing is shared.

Will it stop every scam?

No. Our screening is experimental and, as our published results show, currently misses many scams or flags them late. Never send money to someone you haven't met.

How do you check accounts?

One passkey per account, plus device signals (being tested). This doesn't prove someone is a unique person, so we make no such guarantee.

When and where does it launch?

No date yet. Waitlist members hear first, and we'll ask them about early tests.

What do you do with my email?

Only contact you about Kindoru. It's held on Netlify (USA); email hello@kindoru.com to delete it. See the privacy notice.
