Last updated: 29 October 2026. This notice covers the waitlist only, not a live service.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your email address, city (currently London only) and activity (required).
- Optionally, a country tag if the link you followed included one.
- Your consent, and the time you signed up.
- Which link brought you here (utm source, medium and campaign tags, and the referring page), so we know which posts work.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, or anything about who you'd like to meet.
Why, and on what legal basis
To contact you about Kindoru research and early access. Legal basis: your consent, under Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR for people in the UK, Art. 6(1)(a) EU GDPR for people in the EU/EEA, and consent under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@kindoru.com; this does not affect processing before withdrawal.
Who processes it, and transfers to the USA
Our form and hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., stores waitlist data in the USA. Transfers are covered by Netlify's Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension (the UK-US data bridge), and its DPA provides that transfers rely on that framework; where it does not apply or is invalidated, the DPA applies the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for UK data (and adaptations for Swiss data). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is deleted 24 months after collection, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@kindoru.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk), the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or your EU data protection authority.
